GAMEPLAY

• enemy bullet hitboxes slightly reduced.
• player hit i-frames slightly increased.
• enemy orbital health slightly decreased.
• smol/beeg enemy variants now have less health/more health, respectively.
• some homing bullet patterns now have fewer bullets.
• diversified revenge shot patterns.
• enemies and critters will not shoot revenge shots if player is very near to em.
• doubled the number of enemy revenge critters. >;)
• beating the game now grants bonus gems! go get some unlocks.

AUDIO

• added extended music track to the final boss.
• added sound effects for when you have hyper.
• added a sound effect when you cash out your hyper.
• added a small sound effect when using your last dash.

MISC

• added more bad guy art!
• added colorblind accessibility option.
• enemy and boss hp bars can now be toggled in the options.
• arena edges are now a lil more visible.
• game should now be compatible with the itch.io launcher.

BUG FIXES

• fixed a co-op bug where a player could not pause if the other player was moving.
• fixed a co-op bug which could cause a player to not be invincible after beating the final boss then reviving their pal.

TRANSFERRING SAVE DATA

1. copy save and bcksave files from the original folder.
2. paste these two files into the new folder.
3. run the updated game with your save data intact!

itch.io launcher instructions:

1. copy save and bcksave files from the original folder.
   
2. navigate to DEAD PETALS BLISS in the launcher.
3. press this button ->  in the lower right corner.
4. press the manage button -> 
5. press "Show in file manager."
6. paste these two files into this folder.
   
7. run the updated game with your save data intact!
